During my PostDoc in Cologne I noticed that I am very good in organizing lab stuff and teaching people new methods, as well as fostering social cohesion of the group. To underpin these skills with a professional background, I successfully completed an advanced course in project management. Besides basics in economics, cost management, controlling, marketing and quality control, I learned how to manage projects using classical and agile methods. I am able to plan detailed projects using MS Project software, including cost and resource management, and monitor their progression.

On the other hand I am also a certified SCRUM Master and SCRUM Product Owner and know how to use agile aspects of project management to maintain communication between all involved parties, protect a developer team and mediate between different stakeholders.
